I am an artist who works with mixed media to convey my perspective, or my version of an idea that is prevailing in my thoughts or feelings. I do not plan my paintings, rather take them where they want to go while I am working with them.
After a 12 year hiatus raising 3 kids, I am putting paint (amongst other things) on substrate again.
My current work (2010) consists of various abstract studies in texture and color, as well as media. Some of those have included:

etc.
I also knit profusely, and on occasion write poetry.
